Wanna know the real treatment against Cellulite?
Cellulite, the plague of women. This dreaded condition is so feared, so hated, and so despised that every major cosmetic and pharmaceutical company has managed to make nothing short of several hundred millions selling various cellulite treatment creams and products.
The reason Cellulite is rarely seen in men is because of the special construction of the skin. The dermis of a women is more elastic and less rough than the dermis of men. In the subcutaneous tissue there are more Fat-cells. Collagen-Fibers, which care for the tear-resistancy stay parallel to each other while at men those fibers are like a net interweaved. So growing fatcells can squeeze through the collagen-fibers and are seen on the surface. This unevenness and irregularity of the subcutaneous fat gives skin the ‘bumpy’ appearance we call cellulite.
Genetic endowment plays a huge role in developing Cellulite. A weak connective tissue is the main reason. Then there are some other influences like overweight, wrong nutrition, lack of physical exercise, Jojo-Dieting, Smoking. Lack of physical exercise will cause a decrease of muscle-mass and an increase of fat tissue. At the same time blood circulation will get poor.
So you see, there are things you can do in order to reduce those underlying factors that cause cellulite. You guessed it — exercise and a rational, healthy diet!
That’s right: there are only 2 real ways to combat cellulite. You need to exercise, to reduce the amount of fat in your body, and to build lean muscle. And, you also need to eat right, having a slight caloric deficit. With weight training, you are targeting specific areas on your body and these will tighten up the more you work them out, and are the only real way to work specific zones that you want to improve.
Don’t you worry , even ‘super-skinny’ people have fat on their bodies (as we all do). Just because someone is super-skinny doesn’t mean this person is not in the risk to get cellulite or already have.The fat cells could just be minimized, almost-invisible, because the overall body weight is rather low. That’s why it is so important for everyone to build up lean muscle tissue to reach a low bodyfat-level.
No matter what your weight might be, don’t be swayed by expensive creams, special treatments, and complicated massage. And don’t think you need a crash diet and several hours of cardio per day in order to lose it either: if you can somehow survive on a program like that, the cellulite will still be there at the end of it.
Instead, start concentrating on routines like Butt, Abs and Thighs workout, and integrate weightlifting into your exercise as soon as you can. Lean muscle is the Number 1 way to combat cellulite, and the more time you spend on that, I mean going to the gym frequently and workout with weights, the more amazing results you’ll see and Cellulite won’t be a matter anymore! Don’t waste no time in expensiv and ineffectual treatments, and better invest this time in Training!
